Wymagania
- Candidate with Business/ HR education and/or experience in generalist HR / Labor Relations up to 3 years.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ownership mindset.
- Creative problem‑solver who challenges the status quo and inspires change across the organization.
- Strong social and analytical skills; able to influence and adapt communication to diverse audiences and levels.
- Proficiency in Polish and English.

- Own and manage horizontal HR systems across the Lodz site, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Act as HR Business Partner for several business groups in manufacturing environment, partnering with leaders to understand needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Lead and deploy HR projects end-to-end, driving innovation and efficiency in processes and systems.
- Provide strategic HR support to business teams, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
- Analyze HR data and metrics, identifying trends and recommending actions to enhance employee engagement and experience.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining operational excellence.
- Coach and support people managers, building leadership capability and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate on culture and engagement initiatives, promoting inclusion, trust, and employee well-being.
- Support key employee life-cycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and talent development.
